ABSTRACT SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR THE XVII ISSHP WORLD CONGRESS 2010
To submit an abstract for the XVII ISSHP World Congress please ensure you follow the instructions below:
- The presenting author must complete the online submission form.
- Complete all the required fields when creating your personal details record.
- Enter a valid email address. The system will only allow an email address to be registered once, however more than one abstract submission can be made via the same user login. Upon registering demographic details, the presenting author will be emailed a personal login user ID and password information which should be kept in a safe place for future reference.
- A biography of no more than 50 words must be entered (this will be used by session Chairs for introducing speakers where appropriate).
- Abstracts must be written in English and contain a maximum of 300 words. Please only include words and numbers. Tables and references may be included. Diagrams, images and graphics are not acceptable.
- Complete submissions must be received online by 5pm (AEST), Friday 30 April 2010.
Guidelines and comprehensive instructions on the submission process are available from the Congress website http://www.isshp2010-melbourne.org. Please read these prior to submitting an abstract.
The first author (as given on the abstract submission form) will be the main contact for any correspondence about the presentation.
By submission of an abstract, the author(s) transfers copyright ownership to the Congress Managers for publication in the ISSHP Journal.
No full papers are required.
The Program Committee reserves the right to accept or refuse any abstract.
The Program Committee reserves the right to allocate a session time or presentation type.
Acceptance or otherwise of abstracts is at the discretion of the Scientific Program Committee.
Authors accepted into the program will be provided in future correspondence, with presentation guidelines to assist in the preparation of presentations.
It is a requirement that accepted authors register to attend and present at the Congress.
